From the very first task of issuing shares to the final tasks of preparing the annual shareholder's report, I have seen many stages of Stoc-Kup's development. My main responsibility has been the maintenance of the corporate documents and financial information. These corporate documents include the application for incorporation, minutes of all meetings, lease, bylaws, list of shareholders, list of the board of directors, and many other documents. Because the majority of the critical financial data must pass through my department, I am well aware and updated on all aspects of the company's operations. All of the financial transactions, marketing data, production statistics, and human resources reports are entered into the data management system by either myself or a designated company member. Obtaining accuracy and precision in the financial data is an enormous task I must undertake. It usually involves quite a bit of problem solving skills because of the number of variables that are present. In the majority of the errors that arise in the financial information, I must trace these flaws back several weeks before the source of the problem is found. Naturally, this task must be completed successfully in order to pass the annual audits. A unique experience I was fortunate to have partaken in was the role as the acting president during the general board of directors meeting. Taking a stronger leadership role during that period of time, I gained insight into my own potential as well an appreciation of the role of the president. Stoc-Kup's success can be seen by the great number of members who have reached the $100 sales club, our award for the best display at the Square One Trade Fair, and our company sales figure which has reached over $1500. Stoc-Kup's success has been made possible only because of the amount of effort each member has contributed throughout the year. I would like to congratulate the members of Stoc-Kup for their success. It is my wish that all members have benefitted from Junior Achievement in all of its possible ways. Finally, I would like to thank the shareholders and the KPMG advisers for their support.
